Hello fellow Bri's Bookers!

This week I would like to share some slam poetry with you all. This is a piece that was done in dedication to Sean Bell. In New York in 2006, Sean Bell was shot and killed by police officers at age 23 the day before his wedding with Nicole Paultre was to take place. This event sparked a lot of controversy and criticism among the general public. I hope you all enjoy this.
