Review: Seventeenth Summer by Maureen Daly

Hello fellow Bri's Bookers.

I read this book over the summer. It seemed fitting since the book takes place in the summer. I personally, did not think that this book was all that great.

The story revolves around teenager, Angie, and her summer romance with Jack. I thought that this book was very off topic and kind of all over the place. I learned more about the relationships of Angie's friends than I did about hers. Also, the plot of the story was very cliché in my opinion. It is a typical summer romance that ends too soon. However, this book is very popular and has been enjoyed for many on years. Goodreads is one of my favorite websites and is a very reliable source. Their current rating for this book is 3.10/5. Despite my lack of enjoyment out of reading this book, please feel free to read it if you please and comment.
